Humane World for Animals Canada is pleased to provide operations with several pledge options and encourages operators to make the most ambitious pledge possible.

Confirmation of Free-of-Charge Services Provided

Costs

The services and support listed above are provided free-of-charge to the Pledged Account.

General Responsibilities of the Pledged Account

• The Pledged Account agrees to participate in the Pledge as indicated on their signed Pledge form.
• The Pledged Account confirms Humane World for Animals Canada can publicly name the Pledged Account as one of the organizations that have signed the Pledge.
• The Pledged Account will meet with the Humane World Canada team to discuss the details of the free-of-charge services and support they would like to leverage, ideally within one month of completion of this form.
• The Pledged Account will appoint a point of contact for all communications with the Humane World Canada team.
• The Pledged Account will confirm with the Humane World Canada team, at minimum, every 6 months their progress towards their pledged goal until the implementation deadline. The Pledged Account will submit the appropriate information (menus and take rates, purchasing data or all three) to the Humane World Canada team to verify progress, which will be kept confidential and used for internal purposes only.
• For Pledged Accounts that opt for the Environmental Impact Measurement, the Pledged Account will also optionally provide updated procurement information for an environmental impact measurement.
• The Pledged Account agrees to opt-in to the Forward Food Newsletter, via the email address provided above.

General Responsibilities of Humane World for Animals Canada

• Humane World Canada will appoint a team designated to working directly with the Pledged Account throughout the Pledge.
• Humane World Canada will keep details of the Pledged Account’s commitment confidential other than announcing that the Pledged Account has signed the Pledge. If the Pledged Account or Humane World Canada would like to communicate publicly about this relationship, Humane World Canada and the Pledged Account can collaborate on preparing communication materials (such as a press release, case study, web story or social media content).
• Humane World Canada will deliver to the Pledged Account any services and support as agreed upon during their collaboration, within an agreed upon timeframe.
