
Orange Tofu

Ingredients
- 6 Cups Tofu, extra firm, drained, pressed
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, powder
- 1 Tablespoon Salt, Kosher
- 2 Tablespoons Pepper, black, table grind
- 2 Tablespoons Onion, powder
- 3 Cups Sauce, asian style orange
Instructions
- 1. Tear tofu into bite sized pieces and toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder.2. On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and oil spray, bake tofu at 425°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway or until tofu crispy and golden brown.3. To a pot on medium heat, add orange sauce and bring up to heat. Toss tofu in sauce until coated.
